2019

"Expert Rating" agency confirmed KINTO’s uaAA.amc infrastructure rating (high level of reliability).

15 years of activity of the open pension fund "Social Standard" and the first in Ukraine open-end diversified unit investment fund "KINTO-Classical".

7 years of successful experience of "KINTO-Treasury" Fund strategy (30: 30: 30: 10 / equities, bank metals, fixed income securities (bonds) and bank deposits).

The investment portfolio comprising equities, bank metals, fixed income securities (bonds) and bank deposits in the proportion 30:30:30:10 will perform better than each asset separately.

2018

KINTO President Serhiy Oksanych is elected the Chairman of PARD (Professional Association of Capital and Derivatives Market).

2017

KINTO started to provide services on buying and selling of government bonds.

25 years of KINTO activity on the Ukrainian stock market. KINTO is the only company operating on the Ukrainian stock market for more than a quarter of a century. KINTO greatly contributed to the development of the Ukrainian stock market and plays an active role to the development of collective investment market and promotion of pension reform in Ukraine.

2014

"KINTO-Gold" fund traded at stock exchange started its activity.

"KINTO" is among the first three companies in the rating "TOP-100. Rating of the best Ukrainian companies" among asset management companies.

2012

KINTO sets up an open-end diversified unit investment fund "KINTO-Treasury" with annual rebalancing of assets. The fund's investment portfolio comprises equities, bank metals, fixed income securities (bonds) and bank deposits in the proportion 30:30:30:10, a strategy for all times.

2011

"Index UX", the first in Ukraine exchange traded fund, started its activity. The Fund’s portfolio is constructed to match the index basket of the Ukrainian Stock Exchange, consisting of the shares of the best Ukrainian companies.

2009

"KINTO-Equity", the first in Ukraine open-end equity fund, started its activity.

"Expert Rating” agency awarded KINTO with uaAA.amc infrastructure rating (high level of reliability).

2008

KINTO sets up the closed-end non-diversified corporate investment fund “Synergy-7”. “Synergy-2” fund terminated its activity resulting 420,95 % growth of the fund's shares value for three years.

2007

The closed-end non-diversified corporate investment funds "Synergy-4" and "Synergy-5" started the placement of their shares.  

KINTO has achieved an unprecedented for Ukraine volume of assets under management amounting more than UAH 1 billion. 

“Social Standard” pension fund showed 47.10% annual return at 16.6% inflation rate.

2006

"KINTO-NARODNY", an interval diversified unit investment fund started to place its investment certificates. "Synergy-3", the closed-end non-diversified corporate investment fund started placement of its shares.

The first in Ukraine public investment fund "Synergy" terminated its activity. For three years the fund's shares value increased the by 699.38%

2005

KINTO (together with Quasar-Micro Corporation) set up a pension fund Social Standard open for all legal entities and individuals.

KINTO started placement of shares of the closed-end non-diversified corporate investment funds "Synergy-2", "Synergy Real Estate" (real estate fund), "Synergy Bond" (bond fund).

KINTO President Serhiy Oksanych is elected a Chairman of the UAIB (Ukrainian Investment Business Association) Board.

2004

KINTO launched the first in Ukraine open-end diversified unit investment fund "Classical".

KINTO is licensed the manage pension funds assets.

2003

KINTO was licensed to manage assets of the Institutes of Collective Investment (ICI). KINTO founded the first closed-end corporate non-diversified investment fund “Synergy”. The “Synergy” fund shares are listed on PFTS and traded at the organized market.

2002

KINTO becomes a member of a self-regulatory Association “The First Ukrainian Trading System” ( PFTS).

The Company was licensed to conduct activity on issuing and circulation of securities as well as on depository activity of custodian.

KINTO and EPIC experts advise the State privatization agencies of Uzbekistan on the sale of the block of shares of the OJSC ‘Kyzilkumcement” and “OJSC “Ahangarancement”.

2001

2000

KINTO President Serhiy Oksanych named #1 by the Ukrainian Business Weekly in the nomination “Personality of the Year-99 in the Securities Market”

1999

The Company was licensed as a custodian.

KINTO as well as its President Serhiy Oksanych are among laureates in the state competition “Person of the Year -98” in the nominations “Securities Market Leader of the Year” (KINTO) and “Financier of the Year” (S. Oksanych”).

1998

KINTO is one of the Ukrainian securities traders to be audited by one of the Big Six and its accounts are found to be in accordance with IAS by Coopers & Lybrand.

1997

Ukrainian Business Weekly names KINTO the Best Securities House in the Ukrainian stock market, and puts its President, Sehiy Oksanych, among the three most influential people on the securities market.

1996

"KINTO-Budget", an open-ended investment fund, was founded to invest in government-issued debt instruments and internal government bonds.

KINTO is a founding member of the PFTS (a NASDAQ-like over-the-counter electronic trading system).

1995

KINTO is co-founder of the Ukrainian Association of Investment Business (UAIB). KINTO President Sergiy Oksanich was elected the Chairman of UAIB. The Company was authorized as an investment advisor to New Ukraine Partners fund. The company leases a seat at the Ukrainian Stock Exchange.

1994

The Company is licensed to invest in Ukrainian companies through the use of privatization certificates.

Dostatok Fund, the first in the family of domestic voucher funds managed by KINTO with more than 85,000 participants was created.

KINTO participates in privatization of Ukrainian enterprises - Oranta, NJSC, Republican Furniture, Azot, Podilsky Cement Plant and others.

Wall Street Investment Bank Wasserstein Perella and Austrian ERIC become the largest KINTO's shareholders.

1993

KINTO President Serhiy Oksanych was elected the Chairman of Broker-Dealer Association.

Direct investment in production. Placement of securities. Consulting on privatization of state-owned enterprises. Participation in the development of the draft Regulations on investment funds and investment companies.

KINTO started its activity. KINTO is co-founder of the Broker-Dealer Association. KINTO participates in law-making activity on preparation of privatization of state-owned enterprises.
