Serhiy Veremienko 

Executive Director

Serhiy Veremienko, Executive Director of KINTO, has been working at the company since its inception.

He has a university degree in economics (Kyiv State University of Economics (1993). He is constantly involved in the development of regulatory acts of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission. He was a member of the committee on drafting the new version of the Law of Ukraine “On the Institutions of Collective Investment”.

Awards:

2009 Honorary diploma from UAIB for a significant contribution to the development of self-regulation in the Ukrainian stock market.

2012 Acknowledgments of the NCSSMC Chairman for high professionalism and fruitful cooperation.

2013 UAIB Honor Badge.

Serhiy considers photography a true art and is constantly improving his skills. He is interested in numismatics, philately, skiing.

Has a good sense of humour, good communication skills and always positive attitude.
