Volodymyr Ovcharenko – Director of the Research Department of "KINTO". He works for the company since 1995.

V. Ovcharenko has been working in KINTO for 23 years, now holding a position of a Head of Research department. The research department is engaged in the analysis of financial condition and prospects of individual issuers and industries and estimates the fair value of shares of the companies, covering the entire stock market of Ukraine. V. Ovcharenko is well aware of the state of almost all the leading companies and industries in Ukraine, including enterprises of metals and mining sector, banking, energy, oil and gas, engineering, telecommunications sector, food industry and agriculture. He deeply understands the economics of Ukraine.

Prior to this Mr. Ovcharenko worked as an advisor to foreign and Ukrainian companies in M&A activity. Major successful projects with his participation were the acquisition and subsequent sale on the international tender "Podolsky cement" and sale on the international tender of "Akhangarancement", the Republic of Uzbekistan. He worked as a member of the Audit Commission of a number of Ukrainian companies. He has 32 years professional experience, including nine years in the aerospace & defence industry.
